Description
From Bradley et al. (2023): "G. jugossicularis generally is smaller [compared to other Geomys], yellowish cinnamon in coloration, and has a shorter jugal bone, deeper zygomatic plate of maxilla, and a slight mastoid process on the mastoid bulla."
