Microtus breweri
Appearance
Molecular analyses by Jackson & Cook (2020) "placed Microtus breweri as a population nested within the Eastern clade (of M. pennsylvanicus)" and suggests that it may likely be subsumed as a subspecies into M. pennsylvanicus. It is restricted to Muskeget Island, off the west coast of Nantucket, Massachusetts.
