Template:One-column Cargo filter description

This template streamlines the production of the documentation pages for the most basic form of a Cargo query wrapper where an argument is provided that corresponds to the value(s) in a single field in a single Cargo table (e.g. to filter the Cargo table Resources by a given keyword).
